Addressing COVID-19


Hi all, whilst we are doing our best to keep business as usual, in the midst of COVID-19 we will be implementing a few changes to how we do business.

All deliveries will now be conducted on a ‘No-Contact’ basis. Orders will be placed at the front door of the premises and customers will receive a phone call or text message once we have left the premises.

As panic buying continues to sweep the nation, we are experiencing shortages when trying to purchase ingredients for our items. If you place an order, we will keep you updated around your order and the time frame we believe we can deliver in full.

We wish to ensure you that throughout this period we are continuing all health and safety measures, such as making and packaging all orders whilst wearing gloves and in a clean, hygienic environment.

Lastly, and most importantly, we urge you to continue supporting small businesses and those that work for them. The next six months will be a trying time for all involved, who will be simply trying to keep a roof above their heads and feed their families.
As we have seen through the recent bushfires, now is the time to support local. So please consider reaching out to small business owners and potentially getting their products and services in a different manner to usual.
